At NetSolver Academy, we are confident in the quality of our courses. However, we understand that a course may not always be the right fit. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on netsolver.in.

7-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. No explanation required.

Eligibility for Refund
Who Qualifies
Any student who has purchased a course on NetSolver Academy is eligible for a refund, provided the request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
Who Does Not Qualify
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date are not eligible. Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service — including sharing course content, account sharing, or fraudulent activity — are not eligible for refunds.
Bundle Purchases
For bundle or multi-course purchases, a refund applies to the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1 — Email Us
Send an email to contact.netsolver@gmail.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include your registered email address, the name of the course you purchased, and your order/payment reference number if available.
Step 2 — We Review Your Request
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility. We may reach out if we need any additional information to process your refund.
Step 3 — Refund Processed
Once approved, your refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Refund Timeline
Processing Time
After your refund is approved, it is initiated within 2–3 business days. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Credit / Debit Card
Refunds to credit or debit cards typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer.
UPI & Net Banking
Refunds via UPI or net banking are usually credited within 3–5 business days after processing.
Wallets
Wallet refunds (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) are typically processed within 1–3 business days and credited directly to the same wallet used for payment.
What Happens After a Refund
Course Access Revoked
Once a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course is immediately revoked. Any progress, certificates, or downloaded materials associated with the course will no longer be accessible.
Account Remains Active
Your NetSolver Academy account remains active after a refund. You are free to purchase other courses at any time.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Technical Issues
If you are unable to access your course due to a technical issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 7-day window. Please contact us at contact.netsolver@gmail.com to report the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made on your account without your authorisation, contact us at contact.netsolver@gmail.com immediately. We will investigate and process a refund if the claim is verified.
