Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NetSolver Academy's website at netsolver.in, creating an account, or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on NetSolver Academy. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact.netsolver@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. NetSolver Academy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or policies is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

Lifetime Access

Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use. This access is lifetime and includes all future updates to that course.

No Sharing or Reselling

You may not share your account credentials, distribute course content, resell access, or make any course material available to third parties. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. NetSolver Academy reserves the right to change pricing at any time; price changes do not affect already-purchased courses.

7-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, email contact.netsolver@gmail.com with the subject 'Refund Request', including your registered email address and course name.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Once a refund is issued, access to the course is immediately revoked.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available after 7 days of purchase, for accounts found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, or for accounts that have downloaded or shared course content in breach of our policies.

Our Content

All course content, videos, materials, branding, logos, and website design are the intellectual property of NetSolver Academy or its instructors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Your Content

If you submit any content to our platform (such as forum posts, questions, or feedback), you grant NetSolver Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Certificate Usage

Certificates issued by NetSolver Academy upon course completion are for personal use only. You may share them on professional platforms such as LinkedIn. You may not alter, falsify, or misrepresent the certificate in any way.

You Must Not

Use our platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; upload or share malicious code, spam, or harmful content; harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team; scrape, crawl, or copy content from our platform by automated means; or impersonate NetSolver Academy, its instructors, or any other person.

Consequences

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities where applicable.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

NetSolver Academy provides educational content in good faith, but does not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, exam results, or salary increases. Results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and external factors beyond our control.

Platform Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary outages, technical issues, or scheduled maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetSolver Academy's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course(s) in question.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at contact.netsolver@gmail.com to resolve disputes informally. We are committed to addressing concerns fairly and promptly.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact.netsolver@gmail.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside of our 7-day refund window.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
